Q. When is VIP?
A. VIP happens before the show. Please arrive at least one hour before doors open for general tickets. If you do not arrive early, there is a chance you will miss VIP.
Q. Where do I go to meet the artist?
A. We will email you detailed instructions 2-3 days before the event so that you know where to go and what to do. If you do not receive the email, please go to the box office Will Call and ask about VIP.
Q. Where do I pick up my VIP items?
A. All physical VIP items such as merchandise, physical copies of music, etc will be available for pick up at the artist's merchandise booth during the meet & greet experience unless otherwise notified.
Q. How do I redeem my tickets?
A. After the purchase is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided for each show. Print out that conformation and bring it to the event with an ID. Driver’s License, school ID or any other photo identification is accepted. Please go to box office Will Call to retrieve your General Admission Tickets if applicable.
Q. What if I bought this ticket for someone else, or want to transfer my tickets to another person?
A. Please bring a photo copy or picture of the purchaser's ID to prove that you are authorized to use these tickets.
Q. What if i lost my tickets?
A. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resend to you.
Q. What if the event is canceled?
A. If the event is canceled, you will be fully refunded immediately, aside of service charges. Service charges are not refundable.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. All sales are final. No refunds will be available unless the concert is canceled, or the artists is unable to meet their obligations.
